As mainland Chinese films go, this one isn't too bad. It's a likeable, western-styled comedy about a couple of buddies with the usual desire for female company. Their lives are changed when an 'earth goddess' arrives on the scene and decides to grant wishes to one of the men. What follows are a series of mildly amusing vignettes, based around popular culture; one of them has him turn into Wolverine, for example, and at one point he becomes Daniel Wu (!). It's fairly aimless, but at the same time it's quite watchable and audience friendly.
