The Doctor and Leela attend The Theatre, to see the great Li H'sen Chang at work.

It's a six part series, and unlike almost every other, there has been no lull of any kind, they've kept the intensity, pace and sense of the macabre going.

John Bennett, one of the most underrated actors that I can think of, he's just wonderful, he absolutely commands that stage. Credit to Deep Roy for making Me Sin so creepy, as far as dummies go, Mr Sin is very nasty.

That's the first time we've seen Leela look so enchantingly feminine, they really did explore all aspects of her character, she's developed so much as the season has progressed.

The production of continue to shine through, the costumes once again are beautiful, and the scenes at the theatre could have belonged in any bigger budget costume drama from The BBC.

I love the joke about Mr Litefoot's housekeeper being called Mrs Hudson, it's just another of the rich little details.

Quite brilliant, 10/10.
