Al and Peggy are excited about attending the party marking the closure of their favourite burger joint, Johnny Be Goods. Unfortunately, a series of problems with their children and neighbours prevent them from making it to the event.
I wouldn't say that Season One of Married WIth Children ends on a high, but it's still a very funny episode, and notable for having the first instance of Al comparing Marcy to a chicken (which always made me giggle). However, the best line comes from Kelly: "Sitting there with my natural hair colour fondling a dead fish" (it's funnier in context).
