Inaccessible, arthouse film where nothing happens
6 August 2020
Warning: Spoilers
I feel like this movie could have been good, but it was so inaccessible to the viewer that the meaning is lost. Literally nothing happens. If there is some point to be made about aging, the inevitability of death, mental illness...the writer/director needed to give us a bit more to get the message. Tomorrow never really comes, and no one dies. Beyond the idea that tomorrow is never really here and dying "tomorrow" is both always and never possible, this movie was a slow march nowhere.
