Not great!

Warning: Spoilers
The fourth season of "Death in Paradise" has not been on the level as the first two were. "Stab in the Dark" was a pretty good start to the season, but after that there hasn't been a solid episode. Even though "Until Death Do You Part" is a good entry to the series, though it's still light years away from the show's best.

Let's start with good, shall we?

. The production values of this episode are great as usual. Everything sounds and looks amazing. The acting's enjoyable too. Rosie Cavaliero fares the best of the guest stars.

. The murder mystery is mostly compelling with an intriguing crime, nice twists, turns and quirky humor.

. The subplot about Humphrey letting Camille go Paris was emotional as well.

But all that aside, I did have problems with "Until Death Do You Part".

. To be completely honest, there is only one strong suspect (Betty) in this entire charade of characters. All of the other people in the mystery are like vessels to propel the plot along. Not much is given to them and they are just wandering in and out of frame. And that's why the solution, where turns out Betty did the deed after all, did not struck me in any way.

. Also, it's a shame that the love story between DI Goodman and Camille was a dead end and nothing was done with the idea after all.

Overall, a good episode, but at times a bit underwhelming.
