Warning: Spoilers
I'm getting a lot of meh but there were some good moments. Honestly, on its own the whole technology aspects with human intervention and alteration are very interesting, but the writers keep piling up these philosophical questions and Black Mirror-esque technodystopian future issues and possibilities and it's all just a bit of a mess. It doesn't help that Caleb as a character really isn't interesting. I mean even an actor as brilliant as Aaron Paul can't find a way to make me care about him in any way. The flashback stuff was soooooo tiring, we've seen the same several clips played all season with no context. There were also more action scenes although not as silly as previous ones. The Dolores and Maeve fight scene was just so meh, I was waiting for it to be over. I don't recall there being so many of them in the previous seasons, certainly not season 1? Not a fan. Anyway, William's story does have me intrigued and I'm also interested to find out what the new initiative means for the hosts and Caleb. This season started off well but it has become quite a mess in the second half
