Why Serac and co. spend so much time training and brainwashing Caleb, Francis and apparently other people to create this anti-outliers squad?

Serac is a trillionare! He could just have hired common mercenaries to capture or kill these outliers. I don't get it. Even the moronic security forces he has for sure are capable of finding and kidnapping these outliers. I don't see the need to create brainwashed anti-outliers soldiers.

These outliars are just humans that Serac AI computer deems as threat to society. The computer knows who they are and where they are. They are not hiding. You can send anybody to capture or kidnap them.

I still don't know what is so especial about Caleb. When Serac got a hold on him he was just a soldier. He even doesn't have experience commanding or leading people. Caleb is a boring character.

A mistake of the show is that we never really met Francis. Caleb kept talking and talking about him but we never met him and we never got a good grasp of their supposedly strong friendship. The Francis we get to meet is the one that betrayed Caleb. I think Francis had about 10 line of script total.

The fight between Doloresnator and Samuraybot was as dull as I was expecting. The dialog they had between them... bleh! Why Serac did not send soldiers with Maeve? At least the fight was short.

So apparently Maeve is dead... I just realized how pointless her character was this season. She spent most of her time fighting Nazis, sucking at swordplay and at the end failing stopping Dolores.
