So, Doug get Lasik surgery for Carrie. She winds up blind & he starts to lie to her that she'll get better. The doctor says that if she's not better by the next day, she has to come in to get surgery to fix it. Doug lies to her again and says she'll be fine. Instead he forces her to attend her birthday party, while blind. Are you kidding me? What kind of husband lets her wife be blind? What kind of wife wouldn't divorce this man? Such a stupid premise.
