Laughable and terrible writing
6 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Seriously no one is gonna address the idiotic logic behind this episode?

Alright, the concept is good with a detective feeling for Iris, and also Barry/Ralph. It's fresh and interesting. However, this episode belongs in the trashcan due to lazy and dumb writing, can someone please spot the terrible flaws of this episode logic?

1- Barry and Ralph both are aware of a 'hidden' (secret?) operation that gathers criminals to sell guns and other illegal stuff. That's already absurd dude given the fact that later we find out those are very sci-fi guns that could kill anyone with one hit. I guess I'll let this one slip?

2- He comes up with an alter ego that is a criminal, very convincing for these criminals. However, he now asks for a favor in exchange of the Neuro-thingy (am I supposed to remember it's name? they didn't even retrieve it at the end of the episode duh). They want Barry and Ralph to help them rob a 3-d printer from a lab. So... turns out they wanted them as a backup and they didn't really needed them since they already had like 20 other criminals using guns, so what do they need the backup for?

3- The building is EMPTY MY LORD, why do they even need reinforcements then????? There's literally nobody in the lab, they can just walk in and take the damn printer.

4- Police is not aware of these events? They left everyone in the building and they didn't have the printer outside of the building? Why are they putting these very dangerous weapons in the trashcan? WTF?

Lazy ass writing and it's honestly damn poetry to ignorance.

I'd have written it different. They can just make Ralph and Barry actually work their way through the lab security and personal to steal the printer, so later that night the Flash can get 'tipped off' that some idiot stole a printer and he can get it back and get everyone arrested with the help of the CCPD and dismantle this criminal operation, LOL
