Desperate Harvard-grad Billie Brown (Charlotte Newhouse) is surprised to find that wealthy Tanzy (Jennifer Elise Cox) and Kent Russell (Stephen Root) are hiring her to babysit his grown daughter Gene (Jillian Bell). Gene is studying for the GED as part of her court judgement. She's a woman-child under house arrest.
Newhouse and Bell are a good comedic duo. They get better as Newhouse gets more flustered and Bell gets crazier. After a shorten second season, the show is unlikely to continue. Hopefully, they get to do more as a comedy duo.
