Warning: Spoilers
As the title suggests this is exactly that, an examination of the constant cycle of race issues in the USA which is tiring and horrifying for an outsider to watch in the UK. Part of a new wave in cinema which combines crisp, 4K high picture quality ironically documenting the shabby and rough reality many face it's artful in every way fathomable. The lingering camerawork is voyeuristic and perfectly captures the theme. A weaving story that would make Tarantino smile and characters that are so deeply fleshed out in so little time this is one that has somehow flown under the radar despite having such an important theme and voice that has to be heard
