Qismat: The Fault In Our Stars, A walk to Remember
27 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Qismat is a movie about love, its beauty and its ugliness wrapped inside a gorgeous package sealed with beautiful melodies and tagged with some big names of Pollywood. Although the credit has not been given this movie can easily be called as a xerox copy of "a fault in our stars or a walk to remember", one with slight tweaks and a slightly different journey. Script is so beautifully compiled that one can easily overlook its ugly flaws, such as the scenes showing the incompetence of the doctors, a mysterious disease causing kidney failure, dead body being kept so long in the rain before cremation etc. Direction could have been better, the shakiness just does not seem right, there are scenes that doesn't feel real or right. Music is a winner for this one.
