I write in opposition to the other three reviewers. You may well be correct about the legalities, etc., but HEY! - just accept the premise and enjoy the movie. We thought it was a lovely story; we enjoyed how the distant relative gradually grew to love the place too, and especially how the community, inspired by Jenny's warmth and loving nature, got together to help them out. Oh, sure, it's a predictable Hallmark movie, but it's a sweet story, the characters of Jenny and Brian were well played, not overly sappy. Just watch it and enjoy.
