I LOVE this show!!! The often controversial subject matter covered in many episodes is interesting in of itself. In addition, Bill Kurtis is a SUPERB journalist and narrator, who keeps a good quick pace yet he's thorough in covering the material at hand. I also enjoy the "whistle-blowing" vibe of Investigative Reports. Bill Kurtis and his staff do a fantastic job of presenting their findings in a manner that holds one's interest WITHOUT HAVING TO RESORT to SENSATIONALISM. That, in of itself, is quite an accomplishments!
I only have one less than-glowing comment, )(and this has NOTHING to do with the show in any way) , the station on which it airs in the city I Iive (Denver, is the Justice Network. While I enjoy much of that station's programming, they also have a tendency to show a limited number of episodes over and over. They do this with Forensic Files, which also had a 20 year run! (1996-2016 until Peter Thomas passed away). With 20 years worth of episodes, one would think that it'd be a long time before repeat episodes.
