I watched this show when it first came on TV in the 60s. It was the highlight of my school week along with "I Dream of Jeanie", "Bewitched " and "Gilligan's Island", "Lost in Space" and all those other wonderful shows of the era. Even though the show was totally ridiculous with repetitive plot lines played out by different villains assisted by their Henchmen and seductive women, as a small child I was mesmerised by the costumes and the fights where no one ever really got hurt.
Flash forward to 2018.. and I watch it on cable tv. It makes me laugh so much..especially the way everything in the bat cave and bat mobile are labelled. I loved the episode when Alfred the butler had to pretend to be Batman complete with a moustache and Bruce Wayne changed into his "spare costume" behind some bushes in literally a few seconds.
