Hero is a son of CM and lives in a foreign country with no idea at all on Indian politics. Suddenly, his father dies and he return to India with a plan of staying for few days and return back. Unexpectedly, he becomes CM to safeguard the Government and his father' s party, upon request by his party's people. He starts doing good things and ignoring his own party people. These guys gets angry and create situations so hero resigns from CM post. Later, he understands that common people wants him back as CM and takes the chair again.

I believe, it is a failure for Koratala as a story writer though few dialogues are good. Should have been better. You get goosebumps when you watch few scenes in Oke Okkadu. Very less scenes excites you in this movie. Movie goes very flat.
Mahesh babu looked handsome as usual and looked even better in formals as CM. He did his best an actor.
Not much for heroine like any other movie of big stars. She is ok.
Background music and couple of songs are good.
High production values. Cinematography is good.
Limited audience may like it, but most part may not.
