The film centers around a new couple that moves into a new house. It introduces the neighbor and the neighborhood pedophile. The introduction to the two masked girl killers was so poor, they had to have a weird coda to explain it. The film starts out good with potential, but it doesn't fulfill. We needed more of the quiet teens in masks. They needed to be more playful.
