It's mindless fun from SpongeBob's adventures at work in Mr. Krab's fast-food restaurant to him constantly driving Squidward crazy with his tricks and constant goofiness.
I enjoy the cynicism and sarcasm of Squidward (my brother's favorite character) and the money-hungry, dollar-sign eyes of Mr. Krabs. Patrick can get a little too annoying as the slow and dumb character, while SpongeBob is just the carefree, clueless and lighthearted sponge.
The earlier seasons were better than the latter seasons (so far till 2017).
