In this film a boy is desperately yearning for a dog for Christmas. So he makes a wish -- but a strange shift in the stars while he's wishing turns him into a dog! Now, he's in for some eye-opening experiences as he sets out to regain his human form.
Not a great film but it has some very good moments. What I found the most entertaining was the continuity errors. At the end there is a seen in the parks that the snow appears and disappears and appears again depending on the camera angle! There is also moments in the film where the dog has walks in the snow but you can see the dog tracks in the snow from obvious previous takes! However I do love the films message.
The main message to me is not "Be Careful what you wish for" but "Be kind to animals".
