Once Upon a Time: A Bitter Draught (2016)
Season 6, Episode 2
9/10
'Story of the week' format

Warning: Spoilers
'A Bitter Draught' in my opinion is the best of the 'Untold Story' arch (5.22-6.06). This is due to the fact that the character of the Count of Monte Christo fits the show's style. In the previous seasons, OUAT has gotten their story lines too big and Disney (Frozen, Queens of Darkness, Hades). Coming back to classic literature makes the episode resemble a season one episode with a 'story of the week' format. This episode shows the strength and power of the Evil Queen Doppelganger - a villain who can involve many people into her twisted goal. The only minus for the episode, however, would be the new team up between Belle and Hook. There is no way in any world except television that Belle and Hook would even speak to each other after all Hook has done to Belle (you could say only television permits Rumple and Belle to interact as well). Belle is slightly idiotic in later seasons, especially 6.

Rating: 9/10 (great with one flaw)
