Terrible..
15 March 2017
Warning: Spoilers
This is terrible. Just awful. Nothing new here. An architect with some psychological issues in her past has to leave work due to being pregnant and hires a replacement.

After a while she notices that her replacement is trying to take over her role at the firm and she can't shake a bad feeling. Then her friend and boss dies in an supposed accident and the more she gets suspicious of 'the replacement' the more she alienates the ones around her.

As I said. Nothing new. Very predictable. And at times, very unbelievable plot outline. The only thing that kept me watching was McClure's ability (her crazy eyes) to play a psychotic secretive woman. The female lead (played by Morven Christie) was also good at playing another psychotic hormonal woman. That's about it. Two psychotic women going at each other with all they got. Passive aggressiveness, sarcasm, hurtful insinuations etc. Psycho games and schemes. Nothing anyone hasn't seen before.

That's why I give this a 4.0/10. This could've been better. I expect more from the BBC (even if this was filmed and produced in Scotland).
