My wife and I really can't find words to explain this movie. The story line is commendable - city pastor with a disconnected family finds his calling in a small town church, while the church and the town show his family the love they need to come back together. Great concept - unfortunately that's where the good comments end...
I've seen movies about turtles move faster than this film. We basically lost interest about 20 minutes into it. I have to admit, we fell asleep at some point. The story drug along, was awkward and at times it was hard to tell if they were ever going to get to what they were driving at.
The production quality was acceptable, editing was acceptable, but the acting was rather stiff and awkward in many places, which is understandable with a lower budget film.
Gave it the three stars for the story concept. It was basically a "clean" movie. Otherwise, overall, I'd pass on this one.
