Warning do not read unless seen episode.
I've seen a lot of really messed us Christmas movies that really put a yang spin on the holiday, "Black Christmas", "Silent Night Deadly Night", "Krampus". This episode really takes the cake.
What I really like about the episode is how it really plays on your assumptions, where you've got a bunch of nice talking critters whom really don't have original names; either because the writer couldn't think of any or choose to be lazy. But anyway at first we think it seems like a really nice Christmas special as we have some those critters celebrating Christmas and some Christian overtones.
But then of course this episode then takes a hard 180 on us, when we discover that the critters are Satanists. And then we see them all go into evil business from a bloody sacrifice to a blood orgy. Just seeing all that I thought "What the F...!" I honestly didn't see this coming.
The most hilarious scene was seeing Santa come down and then go all Rambo on the Critters when he takes out a 12 gauge. It was both hilarious, surreal, and cool seeing Santa actually kick some butt.
