This show has great acting - creative story lines. But it obviously has an agenda because almost 50% of romance in this show is between homosexuals. I have no problem with this except for its completely unrealistic. If you're trying to create a show that's real life, which is what this show is about, giving us a look into the medical field then stick to real life. But besides this- very very good writing! Actors are believable and show deserves a shot if you don't mind their agenda. Obviously there is plenty of new situations in a hospital with the ER, OR, and OB which helps this show keep your attention. If you don't have a stomach for blood and the insides of people- hearts, intestines, lungs, etc probably not the show for you.
