Bloodshed on Pitcairn Island.
24 January 2015
British survivors of the mutiny on the H.M.S. Bounty plus some Polynesian men and women from Tahiti are stranded on a Pacific island of Pitcairn.Soon strife, racial tension and bloody violence erupt.British survivors desire Polysenian women and this is the main reason of bloodshed on Pitcairn.I remember that one reviewer compared Ugo Liberatore's "Noa Noa" to Ruggero Deodato's "Cannibal Holocaust".First of all there is no cannibalism in "Noa Noa",but there are some gory scenes including vicious stabbings and throat slashings during the last thirty minutes of "Noa Noa".There are also two heads on a sticks plus burning village called Paradise. My copy of "Noa Noa" is dubbed in English with Dutch subtitles.7 sunken boats out of 10.Very beautiful soundtrack by Augusto Martelli.
