I was actually quite excited when I ran across this show. Unfortunately my excitement was gone within about 15 minutes. Several of the cast members (can't call them pioneers and feel good about it) were so angry and so nasty that I could see this would go nowhere. I don't know about your real world, but I don't have those nasty people in mine. I certainly wasn't going to invite them in via television. While a TV show has to have some drama to survive, it doesn't have to be contrived, forced, and extreme every second of the show.
Take note networks, we won't watch utter drivel. There is enough anger and hate in the world already. We don't need to throw fuel on the fire of hate and invite it into our homes.
