Sort of espionage, noir and exotic intrigues that took place in countries such as African or Near East ones, and always with titles of city or country names. See for yourself: SUDAN, ISTAMBUL, FLAME OF STAMBUL, TANGIER and so on...I forget many. These movies were not charmless, of course, and almost all are B pictures. They had their audiences...
