Dosar is a movie made by Rituparno Ghosh based on differences between couples due to infidelity.The story unfolds with a car accident, sojourn to an extra-marital relationship of Prosenjit Chatterjee with his office colleague. The woman dies and Prosenjit is left with severe physical injuries and feeling of remorse. Prosenjit is in his recuperating period but he fails to come to terms with his mental trauma. Prosenjit as Kaushik is superb in his role where he is left with physical and mental trauma and was left with the daunting task of winning his wife's trust back. Both Konkona Sen and Prosenjit are too good in the film and have given one of their best performances till date.
