Khaleja (2010)
2/10
Very disappointing!

Warning: Spoilers
Usually people have high expectations for every mahesh babu film. But this one is a big let down by the team. Uninteresting story, OK acting, below average music and good camera work and occasionally enjoyable comedy. And the movie gives you a feel that it is 500 hours long. First half drags a lot. Second half drags even more thus making the movie seriously bad and boring.

Movie starts with few sages building hype about the hero. Then it shifts to a fight which is fought for a jug of water in the desert. There hero meets the 1st comedian and narrates him about the heroine and his story of coming to the desert. Heroine always brings bad luck to the hero. We3ll this looks to be quite interesting but there is nothing more than a bit of curious scenes. Then as the flash back finishes, the heroine's dad fixes her marriage with the villain's son. Son takes her to a desert for a so called romantic dinner but accidentally reveals that his intentions are to have sex with her. She runs away and meets the hero again. This leads to few comical scenes which are really enjoyable. First half ends when the hero, surviving a stab wound, bashes an unknown gang with superhero powers and he meets the guy who roams around the country in search of the hero who he considers as god! Second half begins with the guy curing the hero along with his guru. Then hero gets back to normality and realizes he is a village where everyone considers him as god. Then from nowhere a medical camp is set up in the village. Villain obstructs it. Then why the villain stops him and what happens next forms the rest of the story.

Thus this movie is clearly a disappointment and a negative step for mahesh's career.
