I don't understand why a movie like this still receives over 4 points. Neither do I understand why there is no single review that gave this movie only one point. This movie is so awful, that I can't find anything positive about it, but a few sexy scenes. The list of negative aspects is endless. I'll list only the worst.
Lets start with the main actor. The main character was supposed to be cool, but ended up being a pathetic, unintentionally parody of Blade. For me Blade has been the worst main character in cinema history. This changed. Of course an unintentionally parody of Blade is worse.
The special effects are on the same level as computer-effects from b- movies in the 90's. That is simply not acceptable from movies in the year 2005. Costumes looked like Halloween costumes. Any possible atmosphere is destroyed along with the costumes and the computer effects. The plot, the conversation and all characters lacked imagination and intelligence.
If you are a fan of Blade and the TV-show Angel, this movie might be to your liking. To all others: Avoid this movie at all costs.
