Bud would love nothing more than to revenge against the girl who had his underwear up the flagpole at school in a humiliating and embarrassing act. So he has devised a plan for her dress to go up like Marilyn Monroe at the dance and everybody gets to see her underwear. At the same time, Al is giving a speech at his high school. The plan backfires when the girl already has decided to torment Bud once more. But she'll get the last laugh because Kelly and Bud devise a plan of their own for revenge. In this episode, Marcy gets the embarrassment of a lifetime when she's noticed for all the wrong reasons. The final scene is unforgettable and if not the perfect revenge against such cruel behavior.
