This is a good romantic comedy which some sharp dialogue, a little insight about how chemistry wins over looks, and the occasional foray into physical comedy.
A good date movie for those who aren't 100% convinced that romantic comedies are there cup of tea, it has a little edge to it (Though it could have been edgier and we would have liked it even more...) The plot of magazine writer who has a love at first sight encounter with an artist (And the art is one of the best things in the film - adding a nice darker tone to proceedings) We really do hate the name of this film: it sounds like Jarmuschian nightmare stuff: but L&S is actually a good fun romantic comedy with nice quips, fun plotting, and some good acting along the way.
Excellent after the break up movie, by the way....
