Will The Real 'Big Louie' Stand Up?
4 April 2007
An exhausted Herman goes to his parked car to retrieve Lily's coat, and falls asleep in the back seat. A couple of bank robbers see the car, think it would be a good getaway car (especially since the keys are still in it) and take it, not seeing the owner in the back seat. (Talk about implausible beginnings to a story!).

They drive to their hideout where the boss says they are expecting one more guy: "Big Louie," who is "supposed to be some monster of a guy, who acts kind of punchy." Obviously, Herman is that guy, so the crooks, although started as Herman's looks, don't run away. They quickly persuade him to come along for the heist, although Herman doesn't know what is going on. Meanwhile, Lily has called the cops with a missing persons report.

This featured a good twist of irony as the real "Louie" is mistaken for the missing Herman, and sent to Mockingbird Lane while the rest of the family is out in the hearse looking for Herman.

Overall, it's very silly but fun a decent episode. Maxie Rosenbloom, a real-life ex-boxer, as the punchy and real "Louie," has some funny lines.
