Disturbing piece about life in the West Bank
23 September 2006
Film opens with young Palestinians preparing to die in a suicide bombing mission. After a harrowing title sequence, carnage and mayhem is seen inside an Israeli hospital. Things settle down and we realize that two families are encamped, each with a son who is critically wounded, but from different but equally violent incidents.

The Unbroken Circle is making the festival circuit around the world and is a must-see for those committed to finding solutions to the ever growing circle of violence that has engulfed the middle east. Two families come together in a hospital ICU ward and despite their cultural and language differences they manage to come to an understanding due to their shared tragedies. This movie is gut wrenching in many respects and although it does not provide all the answers, it certainly manages to show some light at the end of the tunnel.
