Fire in the Sky (1993)

Inaccuracies make the experience more frightening!

I will give this movie a good rating as it sort of follows the true story, but please note that the Alien scene is nothing like what actually happened to Travis. I watched this movie in the cinema over 10 years ago, and although to this point I had an interest in UFO's etc.. had never heard of any case like the film portrayed. I remember saying to a friend... "it changed my mind on abductions", as I'd never read anything as unsettling as the events in this movie. Travis Walton's actual experience was nothing like in the movie, and although it must have terrified him, was no where near as disturbing as the film would have you believe. The Aliens do not come across as brutal and detached in the real account, but more along the lines of the standard abduction scenario.
