Apocalypse (1998 Video Game)
For the Gothic Within...

Warning: Possible Spoilers.

This game is about the main character Trey Kincaid (Bruce Willis) who goes to a prison for his 'ways' and shortly escapes. The game has a most difficult system, which is triangle shoots up, circle shoots right, X shoots behind, and square shoots left.

You also have smart bombs which blow up any bad guy except bosses on the screen.

After Trey escapes, he goes around with machine gun in hand, trying to get answers, but at the same time, a futuristic apocalyspe is going on, with a evil lord who is conviently named Apocalyspe, who is creating the horsemen of the Apocalyspe as large frightening evil creatures. Death, War, Plague, Beast, and I really can't think of the other one.

The game works more with Bruce's facial expressions than anything else, his comments are kinda humorus, such as when he is asked how he pleads as sticking his foot into his... you get the picture. and when you play you hear Bruce say some linguity I can't write for this... Family site.

The bosses are almost deadly, you have to have the infinite lives code in order to beat the game, and tons of patience, or you'll be stuck.

The game is a keeper, and should be played wherever you may find it, the best PS1 game. Period. 1,000,000/10 no fooling.
