The performances aren't the best all the time, but Strait does a good and credible job as pretty much himself. The story is a bit hard to believe sometimes, but what the heck...it is a romantic movie, and many will shed a tear watching it. I say it is a good movie, with a lot of feeling to it, that is well worth watching. If you are a fan of country music, that helps! :-)
