In case you don't already know, the plot of this film is the singing talent that is Kermit treks to Hollywood as a merchant wants Kermit to be a spokesman. From that basic "plot", not much happens. There are a few laughs along the way, but not enough to sustain the film. In fact, it gets downright boring in the final third and after the Muppets get to Hollywood, it seems that the film will never end. The film also contains a couple scenes that may disturb children.
For genuinely funny Muppet movies, I'd recommend "The Great Muppet Caper" and "Muppets From Space".
