Votes: 100,861

It was okay. I'm cringing a lot more at Enola's character compared to the first movie which is making the movie a trial, but everyone else is pretty darn good. So tentatively recommended.

The ending was a bit shaky but that's kinda typical for anime movies. The rest was excellent and did a great job in showcasing many of the characters. Recommended watch!

Director: Angus MacLane | Stars: Chris Evans, Keke Palmer, Peter Sohn, Taika Waititi

Votes: 123,963 | Gross: $118.31M

Enjoyable, but I think the 3rd act was shaky. Also, because of how they introduced it, that this was the movie that Andy saw, I kept wondering a lot how this was a movie a little boy would love so much as to want the toy. And no, it wasn't. Definitely recommended for kids.

6. Zombieland: Double Tap (2019)

Votes: 698,472 | Gross: $718.73M

Truly excellent! It was even better than I expected and all reviews I looked at said it was great. Watched it, and on the following day watched it again. So good. Top tier recommendation!

Directors: Joe Russo, Anthony Russo | Stars: Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Billy Bob Thornton

Votes: 238,987

Decent. And I'd never thought I'd say this, but the action was too much. Less action and more character work would have elevated the movie.

11. Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022)

R | 139 min | Action, Adventure, Comedy

81 Metascore

A middle-aged Chinese immigrant is swept up into an insane adventure in which she alone can save existence by exploring other universes and connecting with the lives she could have led.

Directors: Daniel Kwan, Daniel Scheinert | Stars: Michelle Yeoh, Stephanie Hsu, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ke Huy Quan

Votes: 533,837 | Gross: $72.86M

Okay. Plot was very good as was the character work, but the humor fell super flat for me and actively affected my enjoyment. So overall not for me. I know, I'm apparently an outlier compared to how most people reacted to it.

12. DC League of Super-Pets (2022)

Enjoyed the action, but oh man the jokes were so cringe inducing and the spoken in movie references were....not good. I can't in good conscience recommend it.

Votes: 76,359

Who doesn't love seeing Nazi's get what they deserve (hint: it's violently killed). Very enjoyable for pure over-the-top violence. Would recommend.

Director: Chris Palmer | Stars: Jensen Ackles, Josh Duhamel, Naya Rivera, Troy Baker

Votes: 16,802

Better, but Batman comes off a dumbass. You know, I think the issue with both of these is that the mystery is obvious, Batman is so dull, and both part 1 and part two are very forgettable. Would still recommend for those who enjoy Batman flavored entertainment.

24. Green Lantern: Beware My Power (2022)

PG-13 | 88 min | Animation, Action, Adventure

Recently discharged Marine sniper John Stewart is at a crossroads in his life, one which is only complicated by receiving an extraterrestrial ring which grants him the powers of the Green Lantern of Earth.

Director: Jeff Wamester | Stars: Aldis Hodge, Jimmi Simpson, Ike Amadi, Brian Bloom

Votes: 4,946

Very entertaining. And it reminded me all over again why John Stewart is my favorite GL. The movie plot was interesting, there was good humor, and seeing other DC characters was great. The only drawback was that the third act felt rushed and ending was kinda shaky. Would still recommend.

Votes: 228,571 | Gross: $214.50M

This movie felt very disjointed. And disharmonious. It had some very great elements and then there was some very jarring dialogue and humor that fell flat. Pretty much it felt like a first draft. I mean I didn't hate it. But I don't think I'd recommend it. Yeah, you can skip this one.

Okay. But it had a handful of seriously stupid moments that threw me out of it. Like seriously stupid. Also the character work needed more time in the movie to breathe.
