This "video" is a perfectly boring example of incompetence at its worst.
As a longstanding fan of William S. Burroughs and, to a less degree, several of the other personages alleged to appear in this video, I decided to take a chance. At least I am now in a position to warn others: this is an extremely poor quality bootleg video, obviously taped with a very bottom-of-the-line camera that had been small enough to smuggle into this high profile event and featuring absolutely no 'directing.' The sound is basically nonexistent, you get to see lots and lots of backs of heads, and it is usually impossible to discern who is performing when, since, aside from the video-bootlegger's famous incompetence with sound (or maybe he was using a clip-on lapel mic), the focus beyond the backs of heads is blurry at best . . . There. Maybe at least now I have done someone a decent service through my regrettable sacrifice.
I am told on good authority that a real video production of the Nova Convention Revisited is now in post-production. My advice? Keep your eyes on the prize, brother, and hold out.
