Gypsy Rose Blanchard already starred in a six-part docuseries on Lifetime in January, and now the network announced the premiere of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup. The young woman who was jailed after the murder of her mom, Dee Dee still has more to talk about. Tragically, Dee Dee suffered from Munchausen by proxy, so everyone thought her daughter was very ill.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard Becomes Very Popular
When she was sentenced to her prison sentence, it’s doubtful that Dee Dee’s daughter ever thought that she’d be popular. Her true crime story first appeared as a drama on Hulu in 2019, but since her release in December last year, she’s able to tell her own story. In Lifetime’s Prison Confessions, she talked about the first time when she met other prisoners. She felt shy and didn’t want to do it.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is separating from her husband just three months after regaining her freedom, she confirmed on social media this week.
“People have been asking what is going on in my life. Unfortunately, my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou,” Blanchard wrote, referencing a reconnection she’s had with her father, Rod Blanchard and stepmom, Kristy. “I have the support of my family and friends to help guide me through this. I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find … who I am.”
The marriage of Blanchard, 32, to Ryan Scott Anderson, a teacher from Louisiana, in a 2022 prison house wedding appeared to be a turning point in the young woman’s tumultuous life, which before her time in prison was spent under the thumb of her controlling mother,...

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is hitting reset as she continues to adjust to life outside of prison. The 32-year-old was released from Missouri’s Chillicothe Correctional Center in December, having served close to eight years for her role in the murder of her mother. Almost immediately upon her release, Blanchard became the internet’s latest fixation, spurred on by her unhinged comments defending her husband, Ryan Anderson, against trolls on Instagram. She recently announced she would be taking a step back from social media but returned to Facebook to announce her separation from Anderson.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard shut down one social media account, explained her reasoning on another social media account, and then deleted that one, too, in an effort to maintain more privacy after her release from prison.
Earlier this week, Blanchard raised some concerns after she deleted her public Instagram account. She then took to TikTok, according to Entertainment Tonight, where she discussed the decision in a series of lengthy videos. And it now appears that she’s axed that TikTok account, as well.

The vignettes from the life of rapper Vince Staples provide some rib-tickling comedy, but the show functions more as a critique of the black experience in America. The floating in two boats gets the show drowned, sadly. But for whatever it was worth, The Vince Staples Show offered us an insight into the intricacies of meager fame and how someone like Vince dealt with it. The show had no fixation on a linear progression, as in raising the stakes of each episode methodically. We got a topsy-turvy world, and I think the hope was that we would get lost in it, but sadly, we couldn’t.
Spoilers Ahead
How Did Vince Get Out Of Jail?
The show began by showing us how Vince got arrested. He apparently took a U-turn and was stopped for speeding. The arresting officer was a Caucasian man, and the next thing we know, Vince wound up in jail.

Back in the halcyon days of the early 2020s, when we were optimistic about the vaccines and our new President and the general health and stability of superhero franchises, there was a meme called the yassification trend.
