Real life meets tv made family.

I enjoyed this fine acting episode .

The real reason I enjoyed it was that in this show , Jimmy Ryan goes to visit in Florida his ex wife and kids and in real life , they are really married .

Mark O'Brien and Georgina Reilly , sure the rest of the episode is quality , I just liked their chemistry together , you realize its just a show but at the end of the day they go home together.

Warning: Spoilers
The best episode to date, although that is only saying so much. The episode felt raw and engaging and we will see where we go from here. The dialogue is getting better as the characters get more defined, but we still need to see a little more dynamism from this show. Right need it feels like so much else we've sene on TV before.

If Only the Fool Would Persist in His Folly

Warning: Spoilers
It is still Jackie who is manipulating events. He wants in with Decourcy's vision so Jackie needs to make some moves

One bad cop is transferred from drugs to homicide. He is not happy about that, he will make less money as he cannot shake down drug dealers as a sideline.

Jackie also sets up Jimmy who his arrested by the FBI in front of his kids. Jackie's revenge for some of his information not working out too well. Jackie found the armoured car but not the bodies. In this episode we see Jimmy's and Frankie's parents. Jackie was toying with them as well.

Decourcy meanwhile is not happy with the local pastor and let's his wife know it. It seems Reverend Fields may not be as clean. As for Jackie's wife, she might find solace from a catholic priest from Northern Ireland.

I found this to be a slow burn episode. If this was a game of chess, it was some pieces were being shifted into position. If it was not for Kevin Bacon's performance I wonder if I would be thinking of baling out by now.
