Nazanin Boniadi didn't return as I'd hoped as Nora, but she was mentioned all episode as Robin encouraged Barney to call her, and he denied he was interested despite all his behaviour pointing to the contrary. So I won't give up hope she may be back just yet.
Plot In A Paragraph: Robin tries to force Barney to admit he has feelings for Nora, the girl who made history as his first Valentine's Day date ever. After Marshall sees a documentary about garbage, he becomes obsessed with saving the environment. Meanwhile, Zoe asks Ted to pick up a box of her belongings from her ex-husband, The Captain, and his version of their split, is different from Zoe's.
Any episode that features the brilliant Neil Patrick Harris's character Barney Stinson in the main storyline is always excellent. I could go on and on about the brilliance of this episode, and in particular Neil Patrick Harris but I won't bore you with it.
Alyson Hannigan and Jason Segel are brilliant, but I'm still not a fan of Zoe.
