There is a mistake in a scene shortly after the start of the first episode. The scene focuses on a bookshelf lined with World War II volumes published by TIME-LIFE BOOKS between 1976-1981. The next scene shows pamphlets dated September 1971. Clearly, the book series was not published until five years later. It actually ran longer than the war itself. Trust me. I was a researcher on the TIME-LIFE staff.
