Alison was treated badly by this show and deserved so much better

So Alison's perspective was always the most interesting, she was a good but very broken person, Everyone else, other than Cole, are very selfish and my least favourite character Is Luisa. She thinks that she had some sort of ownership over Joanie since Alison left for 6 months, to get healthy and be a better mother. She was the worst and Joanie, Cole and Alison should've lived happily together but the show did not allow that to happen. It should've ended with Alison finding happiness, something she was refused the whole way through
