Review of Felicity

Felicity (1998–2002)
8/10
An Amazing First Season, But Horrible Consequent Seasons.
22 September 2018
Felicity was an amazing show in its first season. The show clearly sets up Team Noel and Team Ben. Felicity, a naive girl exposed to the big city for the first time, is trying to navigate her way through college and her crush on Ben. Keri Russell does her job brilliantly and she makes Felicity likable.

That being said, all of the characters including Felicity, all do atrocious acts. All of them are explored in the first season and it is done in a very realistic and amazing way. Scott Foley and Scott Speedman are amazing as Noel and Ben.

Now, I do not want to get into it, but I am SOOOOOOOO Team NOEL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATED Ben Covington from the first moment he was on screen. I will let you make your own opinion or if you have already seen the show agree or disagree with me. Ben Covington never did anything horrible, but Noel is so much better and far kinder that you have to support him.

My reason for not watching subsequent seasons is related to Noel. I watched the first few of Season 2, but found that I could not because of events regarding the Season 1 finale.

I do not know if I suggest to watch the show in its entirety, but Season 1 is an absolute masterpiece and definitely deserves to be watched. Thanks for reading the review. Tell me if you agree or disagree with my opinion please.
