Beautiful Babes Behind Bars On A Budget

Warning: Spoilers
This Women In Prison movie was directed by the great Fred Olen Ray, using the pseudonym Nicholas Medina. Blonde bombshell Jazy Berlin (featured on the cover) stars as police cadet Sissy. She confesses to stealing the Hope diamond, so she can be sent to a women's prison, in order to find out where the world's best jewel thief Maggie (Erika Jordan) has hidden the stolen jewels. It's painfully obvious that this movie was made on a very low budget. The first scene involves the theft of a valuable statue, which is kept in a cardboard box on top of some filing cabinets in a storage room. The courtroom where the judge presides is a small office, which is not even made to look like a courtroom. Scenes in the so-called prison are limited to one cell, where the bars and cell door look like they're made of wood painted gold.

On the plus side, there is a lot of hot action scenes in this film. After Sissy is incarcerated, there is an obligatory shower scene with Sissy, Maggie, and the prison matron Growl (Christine Nguyen). Then, Sissy's lawyer Jack (Alexandre Boisvert) has a conjugal visit with Sissy in her prison cell, even though they're not married. Later, Judge Bean (Dale Rutter) has a heart attack after an amorous liaison with his secretary Baker (busty brunette Jenna Presley). Sissy and Maggie have an intimate scene in a non-prison van, as they're being transported from prison to a secret hideout. And so it goes, until the plot twists are revealed in a surprise ending. The erotic scenes are filmed in 3-D, and two pairs of 3-D glasses are included. However, I don't feel that the 3-D effects were all that effective. I recommend viewing the movie in the regular or so-called "flat version," although that term certainly doesn't apply to the women in this movie!
