Everyone keeps making fun of this movie and the funny thing is they are probably all adults or older teens. This movie and the TV show were aimed at little kids in the 4-8 age group. When my son was 4 and 5 he just loved this show. It wasn't hugely violent, the good guys always won and it held his attention. All tastes change and his of course has now that he is almost 16. Still, this show was good for the little ones who didn't like cartoons, but still liked cartoon action. I used to watch it with him and still occasionally watch if there isn't anything else on. Since there are so many other movie and TV shows worth ragging on, maybe it's time to let this one take its place as one of the longest running kids shows and pick on something really lame, like all the "reality" shows taking over TV.
