Today I found this series and I was glued to the TV. Even though I immediately began to record it, I continued to watch it. With so much drama and trash on TV it's so refreshing to have something like this to watch. I've never seen the animals so close up before. The photography is amazing! You're able to see a gnat on an animal or wet hair showing where a cub has recently sucked. I learned a lot about single moms, their enemies, and how much work it is to protect and feed the young. Jonathan, Angela, and I think his name is Jackson do a great job without taking over. I thoroughly enjoy having a calm, peaceful and educational program to watch. I wish this series was on later in the day also!

Love this series and how we see more!!!
The camera work for this series is excellent and should be the main draw. What I love is there is just enough commentary to learn something and to know what is going on. It doesn't detract from the environment or the animals which is why I watch.
Overall the show is exciting, exhilarating, compelling and even emotional at times.

The photography takes you from your lounge sofa to Kenya without the life threatening situations. Truely spectacular images and stories enabling the view to be left with character endearment and left wanting more. Love this show

This to me is a return of "Big Cat Diaries" Which I watched religiously early on weekday morning's back when I Lived in California. I really appreciate and respect the world of the Big Cats that the hosts reveals to the viewers. The connection they have with these animals is real and is infectious and I have become a Big Fan of all cats. I am hoping I misread the tone f the last episode it seems like that was the end of thee series! Gosh I hope not. But if it was I want to thank the cast and production crew of this and there previous series. For they have opened up a world that most of us will ever see in person!
Great info and content

Just amazing to watch the content they get so close and teach you a lot about life on the savannah.
Kenya is renowned for its incredible wildlife, including some of the most iconic big cat species in the world. Among the big cats found in Kenya are lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even the rare and elusive African golden cat. Lions are the most well-known big cat in Kenya, and are often spotted lounging in the sun or prowling through the savannah in search of prey. Leopards, on the other hand, are more elusive and are often found hiding in trees or stalking their prey from the shadows. Cheetahs, with their incredible speed and agility, are a rare sight but can sometimes be spotted sprinting across the grasslands.

A Most Compelling Look Into Animal Lives

A terrific show that helps the viewers to empathize with this top predators and their daily struggles. Following the same animals over multiple seasons gives a better understanding of their dynamic environment. Carries a strong conservation message to tell us how sad it would be to lose such wonderful cats.
more animals killing each other

Too much chatter & footage of 3 hosts
cgtam11 September 2020
Instead of showing the magnificent animals, the film's majority of time is filming the 3 hosts talking nonstop in their cars about scenes the audience should see. Show the animals instead of constantly switching to the 3 hosts talking about how "amazing" it is to witness such moments. There are good shots but one gets Only fleeting glances . Info from hosts is basic, for young kids.
