This one is a game changer

The up's and down's of this episode have shown the viewers that this is an extremely rough life. Staying on track with our favorite characters is key. Yes, people can argue history defects, but I don't see so many. I completely enjoyed this episode. Brilliant.

Have a little dive into the history books

In reply to mballa_11360 Those names are the actual names of the real people who are portrayed in this series. Since this is based off King Alfred's time, keeping his daughter and son-in-law and immediate relatives' names seems pretty fair to me.

I love this series and have read up on all the old kings and queens since watching it. Very fascinating history to read about.

Another great episode. Good story writing and acting.

One question...If Skade is such this powerful seer, how come the only vision she has had was Alfred's death? Alfred still lives and she has had no other visions. Visions that could have changed a lot of the storyline.

Tenuous alliances

Another shift in alliances, another betrayal, and another secret rendezvous. It's much of the same as the last few episodes. Decent acting and as always authentic costumes.
